406 2.0 liter hdi brakes

   been told these brakes are the same as 306 gti set up and will take 283mm discs any one know if they are exactly the same as gti brakes?

   not heard of anyone using them tbh. if they are the bosch ones i would guess you could be right

   have got therm sitting in a box that im about to rip apart,will i be alble to find any thing out from just looking at therm(part number?)

   no, 406 brakes dont work on a saxo. they need a disc 20mm smaller. thats why you use a 283mm disc with the 303mm 4pot brembos from the v6.
