   hi all im looking to get vtr lowered has s rims on at mo but looking maybe to run 15"s what would be best and most practical?

   Umm, S rims are 15's.
   
   Upto you how low you want it, either wont rub.
   
   40mm will be more practical and better handling where as 50mm is more for looks

   i have to make the same choice, so i chose 50mm
   getting 2 strut braces so that'll make up the difference in handling

   40 is the best all rounder imo, hence why im down 40mm.
   
   Both will look good mind, just 40 is more practical.

   im down 50 on apex shocks and springs and handling is realy good imo
