MK2 Smooth bonnet query

   Sooooooo.. anyone with a fully smoothed bonnet down to the bumper having over heating problems or anything at all?
   
   Purchasing a bonnet within next few weeks and unsure what to go for, i LOVE the look of the smooth one but is this going to give me no end of troubles with temps under the bay?
   
   Car DOES get used on track.

   I can see where your coming from as there will be no grill so no cold air getting in. My friend has one on his car and temperature wasnt affected, but he doesnt go on track.

   yeah its not a thorough bred track car but i do take it down the pod and silverstone.
   
   Was thinking if its going to be an issue have a scoop made from the lower grill and use it that way?

   i wouldnt d tbh, you can always use bonnet raisers to let heat escape
