rattling from x-sport linkages

   ive had my x sport linkages fitted for a while now, and when driving a long you sometimes hear a rattle if i hold the gearstick it stops then comes back again.
   
   im almost certain its the linkages as it never did it before does anyone else have this problem??

   I would get under the car and have a look.. sounds like either something is touching the linkages or perhaps one of the pins has come off

   Could be hitting the lip of the heat shield mate

   ill have to have a good look but it has done it every since i have fitted them, yet goes away when i hold the gearstick, and it only happens at certain speeds

   ive got a similar problem....when i had a look under my car mate i found that the long gear linkage which connects from the gear stick to the X-sport links was worn, if you get what i mean? i just need to find how much itl cost now

   its on one of the pages near the bottom under Gearbox Linkages. and its part number 1 which is rattling and vibrating on my car

   do these sport links get rid of the movment of the gear-stick mines really loose and rattles alot will this tighten it up or will have to invest in these and a quickshift thanks

   they do reduce movement in the stick yes
   
   but i found when i had very bad wobble the pin in the selector of the back of the gearbox was worn
   costs 26p from pug (i use a local pug garage and say its a 106 lol as citroen are pap)
   pretty easy to swap too

    that link doesnt work, sort of, will be having a ganders on monday, but id dint do it untill fitting the x-sport linkages
