coolant

   Hi All,
   
   This may sound like a daft question but how many parts of coolant should I mix with water?
   
   I know you can buy ready mixed coolant but is this safe to poor straight in? Should I be buying a neat solution and mixing with a certain amount of water?

   2ltrs of coolant should be enough and then top up with water, other than that i think its 75/25 coolant/water

   the ready mixed stuff is fine , and its easier

   Cheers guys - Just checked it as I have been cleaning the car/detailing the engine and it's actually full. Checked the oil too as I was worried it might be the HG but it's fine - Cheers

   Typically a 50 / 50 mix is about right.
