the old girl is driping oil or water or even both from the gearbox i think! some give me advice please been happening now for about 4 days and its only a small amount.

stick some white paper under it to identify what colour the liquid is, alternatively check just to the right of the rocker cover where the old style coils would be and check if thats where its coming from

it dont smell or feel like oil, just like dirty water.

may be window washing fluid. my friend had that same problem on a mk4 golf. he thought it was oil

as Scott says, but also try and clean the area with a hose pipe and your engine with a cloth so no oil marks so that you can see where its coming from, if its gearbox area is it where the driveshafts are coming from? as it could be the seals in the gearbox that are leaking, only about £3-6 to replace (each and there are 2) or it could be as mentioned, a breather pipe or rocker cover leaking down ontop of the gearbox, but clean it off and then you know what you are looking for.
