   Just got a 2000 1.1i saxo spotless bodywork and interior a few tiny scratches at the front bumper only noticable looking close to it apart from that nice.am picking it up tommorow so once i give it a clean i will post pics,was just wanting to ask my first mod im not sure on working inside or out,im thinking about an ashley exhaust system whats your views?

   lower front end 40/50 but rear not so much otherwise ul get rubbin. If anyone gets in the back that is... how much u pay for it?

   SSX lowering sports springs back seats are comming out im on making a custom fibreglass holder for sub,speakers,amp im not sure on how much im going to get them tomo hopfully mates taking me down to one of his friends down leeds whos got a shop down there he said theyl be cheap if he takes me down so fingers crossed

    When i got it
    
    Got in the work place lol first day was just a gerneral little tidy up, had to fix my left back lights with some rust and corosion so done that taking a few engine parts out so i can get into the body parts few need spraying getting grey primer and pozi blue spray.The engine was very messy and dirty so i gave it a quick clean and a little polish be taking the manifold cover off and might get the rocket cover off to give pollish getting it nice,orded a new radiator as the one on it looks bit shite iv shown it.Sorry for loads of pics
    before.Need a new back bumper as who ever had the car has put the wrong exhaust on it and tryed to make it fit,;ppls stupid and spoiled the car pics near the bottom.Also my girlfriend got a car today shes signed up on here shel be postign some pics and saying hi no doubt lol

    just rub the rust down on the chassis legs m8 then paint them, i cleaned my whole engine & bay down with a tooth brush and soapy water, it looks new lol took a few hours but was well worth it

    Looks pretty sweet. Need to rip out that standard stereo and get agood system put in. Have a look in the parts for sale section and try and pick up some stuff up and get to know a few of the members at the same time. Nice colour aswell

    sorry for doubble post, yeah few things needing sorting out dunno wether to get new rear bumper or get a vtr kit, havnt made my mind up as im planning to get a bigger engine some time after cristmas

    stick with the flat arches m8, im going to try and put a vtr front and rear bumper on mine, and some aftermarket skirts. wana keep the flat arches. tidy motor m8

    cheers, yeah was thinking about keeping the arches on, if i get the vtr front back i want an ibiza splitter on rear they look nice

    ok thanks,i ll have a play about going to clean and derust the engine bay now sanding it down and then getting the grey primer out ready for the resprey inside.also taking the mani fold off and rocket cover is painted black how can i get it back to shiny chrome/metal?

    ok cool, not sure if im gona get the springs and shockers im looking for a good review on them before i buy.I took the tray and clamp off gave them a wire brushing and sprayed primer on,gona spray them black tommorow

    sorry to spoil your fun mate but if you sticking front and rear bumper off the vt kit you will need the arches to follow it on, as the bumpers stick out slightly at the sides for the arches to sit on.
    could of bought my 1.1, just about got my vt kit on but want rid now lol.

    you can put the bumpers on m8 witout the arches, you just cut an inch off the brackets on the sides and it will sit perfect! rear bumper wont go as it dosent look right with the bumpstrips
