   do 16" wheels need arch work on a 1.1 mk2 ?

   If un lowered and fitted with 195/40/16 you still may need to adjust a rear bracket!

   16's on a 1.1 the thing will hardley move lol id say go for 14s or some old skool 13s lol.

   15 yeah mate i got 195/45/15 lowered 50 and no scrubbing mate

    16's and 195/40/16's on a mk2 1.1 wont rub if unlowered if lowered you'll need to cut your arches Alex_vts had 16 inch oz leggars on his 1.1 flat arch and it still moved well tbh mate.
