Important! : finally got a manifold

    well finally got myself a manifold yesterday.
    was going to go for the supersprint and got a phone call and offered one to buy at last minuite.
    so i bought it and its a mild steel janspeed manifold for my vtr and has a sports box on it wich i heard is great for when mot is due, so i dont have to mess around changing it.
    well just wanted your opinions on these if anyones got one as i havent got it on yet.
    booked it in at garage with my mate, charging me £150.00 to fit the manifold and to lower the front of my car 40mm and the rear torsion bar 40mm.
    cant wait
