Grey top - Silver Top. Difference?

    What differences are there between the 90bhp grey top VTR engine and the 98bhp silver top VTR engine?

    Had a search but could not find the answer!

    What i really mean is...

    Can you make a GT 98bhp by putting any ST bits on it?
