   myself i love smooth bonnets!!!
   just waiting to get a bit of cash on the side and so so so tempted to get one myself!!!!

    my friend had some problems with his smootered bonnet when he went on journeys over 30 miles, engine was over heatin and wasnt gettin enough air into the induction kit,!!!

    I would say yes and would taking the foglights out and fitting cold air feeds be an option for a bit more cooling?

    It doesn't look right imo because its sort of coming over, just looks wierd, it looks good on 106s tho, but I like it how it is atm

    A smooth bonnet will reallt set the car off, as said get a bra aswell it will look mint.

    this is a bit hard to explain but my mate had smooth bonnet, looked hte dogs but he expected over-heating issues so what he did was (not sure how), mount a large diameter flex-pipe with which he put one end behind the lower grill on the bumper (you couldn't see it) and the other end going somewhere near his induction kit not 100% sure where but what it did was allow cool air to go through the pipe and allowed his induction kit to use it =D pretty good idea but sounds very fiddly

    i would deffo think bout putting the chevrons on the smoothed bonnet, looks ace.
    couldnt you just get some bonnet raisers, this would sort the problem of it over heating.

    bonnet raisers on a smooth bonnet will look wank and it doesnt really solve the problem of letting cold air in - bonnet raisers let the hot air out

    seen on a corsa with morettes, one of the lights had been removed and a cold air feed in where the light was

    ye but wouldnt need as much cold air if the hot air is being released any way
