Boot build leather

   Rite my nan works for a caravan company and managed to get me a 5m by 5m piece of proper cream leather, I was gunna use it to cover my boot build but before i staple or glue the material has anyone else done thise with faux leather in cream ? Pics would be good

   have a look at mine i did it with faux black leather, tbh cream isnt that good unless your going for the rest of the inerior to be cream
   
   best to use a decent contact adhesive and staples on the places you wont see

   ive not no and its a bit dark to take one but the false floor with amp window guide , its that what i have built.

   yeah use a contact adhesive and fasten the overlap around the back with some staples

   Would you reccomend using padding ? to reduce the "flat" look ?

   yes mate the one i used had padding on it, recommend it as without it will show any defects or things left under it

   Obviously it would look nicer if you had cream seats as well or some cream interior but sounds good, maybe aswell give it a try and be different

    Looks pretty good that mate. How was it doing the sub box?? I thought of doing mine in a dark blue leather to match the colour of my seats but I keep getting a bad feeling about doing the sub box incase it looks naff

    i didnt totaly cover the sub box as the false floor covers 6" of it but if you want ill take a photo to giveyou some idea of how i did it.

    every body says ebay but im using real leather my nan works for a caravan company and she gets me slight damaged leather , if you look in the middle of the photo you will see a crease.

    it cant be real leather if its 5x5 meters.
    
    real leather comes from cows and is sold in hides. no hide is 5x5 meters. cows dont grow that big.

    will be vinyl or fauz leather for sure, as curran said real letaher is sold by the hide
