iam thinking about keeping my gti and tune it up alot
apart from the obivious exhaust and cams what else could i do?
i dont want a turbo or supercharge it yet

depends budget baybe 2.8k +for throttle bodies, ecu and mapping
then 1k for forged rods and pistons.
then 350 for cams
then 300 for mild head work

If your asking how much then you need to think of a budget

Budget what you can spend, that will govern what you can do.

If your car is standard, then you can do a lot with that much money.

Exhaust, Cam's, ECU should be your fitst port of call, then check if you can afford bodies

its not that standard ive got a raceland induction kit and a silly sportex backbox but my brother inlaw is the south reginal manager of scorpian so the exhaust will sorted pretty soon.

Well if your goal is bodies, a little bit of cash would be made back selling the raceland kit.

I always advise customers to put aside a percentage of budget on top incase something comes alone and bites you in the arse too.

Nothing worse than getting so far and running out of money

you want manifold before hand aswell

cams plus fitting (500) remap depends where you go
