depends if you thinks it worth it? oh and its cam, only one.

youd need cam, vernier pulley and remap and labour. to see about 122.345 bhp

i got loads of mechanic mates so they should be able to do it what would i need engine ecu do i need different loom and i think u have to change one mount also does a vtr box go on a vts

Engine, loom, ECU (unlocked or make sure you have the code/immobiliser)

VTR box will fit a VTS no problem, however evs at motorway speeds will be higher.

VTS drivers side engine mount is needed like you say

You will also need VTS Rad, VTS throttle cable, and a few other bits and bobs.
