How do you take off the seat belt plugs?

   Having bought some vts 'c' pillar covers i need to take off the bolt into the 'c' piller that holds the top of the rear seat belt on. I have a mk 2 furio.
   
   Please help.

   jimmy them off with a small flat headed screw driver

   The bolt size is 17mm ,plastic cover thin screwdriver underneath & prise off.
