Popped a driveshaft I think?

   Right from what ive read im sure its gone, but someone said it might just be the gatior. Heard a squeeking/crunching noise like it wasnt quite in gear, was driving at slow speeds about 5mph testing steering etc for a couple of minutes, parked up and then when i looked there was grease everywhere?

   a up mate, it sounds like your driveshaft its fooked mate, the metal click holding the c.v boot has come of which has allowed the grease to escape, which would make the c.v joint run dry and water would have been able to get inside this is the noise you would be hearing because its worn out, your best bet is to replace the driveshaft with a new one or go to a brakers.

   not the end of the world mate. not to hard on the pockets and piss easy to fit. doing one of mine today. i paid £72 for a new one. 1hr to fit. when moving turn it to full lock ifit clunks and bangs it f*cked.
