Your oven won't tint them.
Sorry... sorry... lol, yes you can open up angels in the oven. 100ºC, preheated, pop the lights in for 5 minutes, drizzle with lemon juice, dust with icing sugar and serve. Just make sure you mask the angels up when you're spraying them.

If you want the dark angels look then tinting spray would give you a really nice shadow chrome effect, but I'd recommend gloss black spraypaint from Halfords. Or VHT paint, because headlights do get rather warm unless you have HIDs installed.

Shouldn't be a problem mate. I looked into it and it seems possible. I was going to colour code mine.

Could be a possible on the weekend
You should try and get some other ones just in case it goes abit wrong. Was thinking that maybe the rings may be an issue. On mine i don't believe the rings were part of the light unit itself meaning it may be a problem when spraying.
If you have time just try and take a casing off tonight and have a little look. Shouldn't be to problematic to open it and reseal it if it isn't right.

My mate did this, can't tell the difference between mine and his now. Looks spot on.
Only problem he had was the angel rings had to be cut at the bottom or something to get them out, easy job to reconnect them though.
Oh and you can't put them in the oven because the lens is not glass and will melt.
