Exhaust Trim?

   Hi all,
   
   At the moment I've got the standard saxo exhaust, which includes a nicely rusted look tip. If I were to buy an exhaust trim for it eg no backbox, would it change the noise of the exhaust, because I absolutely DO NOT want a chavvy noisy exhaust on my completely unmodified (so far) car, because I'll look like a tit!

   no mate a tip wont change the noise its purely cosmetic

   you would look like a tit if you were to buy a tip for it, may aswell just get a vtr backbox...

   nothing wrong with a tip, it saves £££ and id rather have a performance one rather then vtr tbh pal

   standard vt exhaust is just a tip spot welded on anyway
