buckets - Subframes

   got a set of monaco S buckets, now am i right in thinking only cobra ones will fit these? since searching on various forums i cant seem to find any without cobra subframes..
   
   or can Corbeau or another make fit? (cobra subframes seem to be 180 quid )

   No normal subframes of your car will fit them

   surely the mounting bolts and holes will be in different locations on a bucket compared to a standard seat

   Standard ones will fit, but it'll be a nigtmare to do, and not straight forward at all. You are better off getting proper subframes mate, unless youve got alot of patience & possibly know how to weld too

   weldings no problem but i dont want to butcher the standard seats hence why i asked..
   
   is it only cobra subframes that will fit the cobra monaco S seats...
   
   of can Corbeau ones fit?
   
   reason being is the cobra ones from gsm and merlin are 180 for the pair.. and thats the cheapest i can find for base mounted ones...

   Im not entirely sure dude, but i would have thought only Cobra ones will be a direct fit. You might find OMP or Corbeau ones fit, but you'd probably still have to modify them. Im sure other people can let you know for definate though.

   i dont have cobra ones on mine i just thought they were all the same fitment but some one like the_notorious_cat he will know im sure of it!

    i have cobra subframes on mine but i have read many other threads where people didnt have cobra subframes for their cobra seats and used used other makes. best bet is get the dimentions for the bolt holes on the seats and ring round a few places and ask them to check or go and do it yourself

    not worth the hassle getting some other frames for them not to fit, i do seem to remember quite a few are interchangeable, and know of a few people who got std frames to fit(but with side mounted seats)
    
    just order the cobra ones.
