you just screw the un-wanted lambda in the sleeve and job done!

Anybody certain if this will stop the engine management light coming on? Ive plugged my lambda in and the light has come on but i dont want to be spending £20 on a lambda sleeve if its not going to get the light off?

it will turn the light off, it confuses the lambda, it cant read oxygen when in the sleeve, as if the cat is still in place. Mine came on twice with the sleeve on but my local garage plugs the ecu in and resets it so the light goes out, they do it for a fiver each time.
