on 15s u can go low at the back 60 for looks 40 for handling

I would go for 50mm,i have got mine down 40mm on spax prings and wish i went abit lower now.

mines 50mm all round on 16" Lenso's and no problems at all, mind you... I have adjustable SPAX coilovers so I can tackle even the craziest of speedbumps

mines 50mm looks just right and is fine for everyday driving and speedbumps...

For both looks and practicality 50mm is good you might scrape a little bit on speed humps with a fully loaded car, (i.e. four passengers and a boot full).
