Leccy window conversion for a 1.1

    Came to fit our lasses vtr interior to her 1.1 and for some reason i hadnt thought about hers having windy windows, so now i have the decision of converting her to leccy or drilling perfectly good door cards.

    If i was to buy the complete motor and switches for each side, is the wiring there in the doors and center console?

    Been talking to rickyp and off the top of his head he thinks ill need a door loom but not sure about the wiring for the switches in the center console.

    Does anyone know if the wiring is there?

    Any help appreciated

    If the wiring is there in the center console they will simply click in, and if i need a new loom click that in and bolt in the motor etc, shouldn't be that hard

    If you've got the wiring in the centre console, Then all you need is motor/mech + door looms + switches

    Done it to the gf's sax

    i tryed to do it to mine no wiring there so i give if think they could be in mk1s though have a look at you doors and if its a big roung connector for loom you probs can have it if its just rubber with connector in middle means you cant
    or try looking under centre console gear stick one and see if theres and switch connectors
