Which exhaust Backbox should I get!

  1. #1
    Right, a few questions.

    Are piper backboxes stupidly loud?
Will a piper backbox pass the noise test in an MOT?
Should I get a Piper and a non enclosed induction kit or a magnex and non enclosed induction kit?
    What would sound better?

Thanks, As I want to order a backbox over the weekend

Just a backbox alone shouldnt cause any noise issues at all mate, and as far as I know there's no noise limit to passing an MOT, a police officer can pull you over if its really loud, but just a backbox wont be anywhere near loud enough, ive got a straight through, decat, no silencers at all, stupidly loud, not been stopped for it yet. (Not been arsed to put it back on yet though, lol)

Get an enclosed induction kit. And whichever backbox you prefer.

piper and supersprint backboxes fit onto the standard centre pipes.. they're both very well made and not silly loud

But you really want the centre section to go with it

    piper for the win.

Been a fan of piper exhausts since I had one on my saxo.

Although that said my exhaust rubbers that came with my new back box snapped and melted already haha, although nothing to do with the quality of the back box itself.
