do you have a glue gun? or go to b&q and get some apoxy resin and jus run it around the outside of the mesh and push it on behind the hole make sure you cut it oversize tho
will do a quick pic on paint

Could use blobs of fibreglass paste if you wanted to.

    1) rub back of foglight holes with say 80 grit sandpaper, just enough to rough the surface up.

    2) cut mesh to sixe and bend edges round to meet sides of fog holes.

3)Dab a bit of fibreglass paste around the edges of the holes, then place mesh over and press it into the paste and hold for a couple of minues until it hardens.

    Should hold it firmly.

if you were to do this would you need to have fog lights in the headlight unit or are they not a MOT requirement???
i fancy the idea of this, any one got anypics??
    Cheers

you dont need front foglights by law, so you cant fail mot for not having them

I've seen mesh screwed on before with small screws spaced evenly around the mesh. Easy to remove/replace and if you ever wanted to get rid of it the small holes could be easily filled in and painted over. Not that you would ever see them, being on thh back of the bumper and all that
