tinting lights

    hi i done a search but got a bit confused if i want to tint my rear lights do i use laquear or tinting spray ?? and if i use tinting spray do i need to laquear them after??? do i tint from the outside or inside??

    any info would be good.

    Use tinting spray and spray on the outside

    Lacquer is optional

    Buy some mate, because alot of time people mess it up, and there are legal requirements as well as the reflector.

    Also forgot to say, like Mattt-VTR is gettin at, dont tint them to dark as you will get un wanted attetion from the law!

    Plus come MOT time you will more than likely fail even if you give them a light tint, altho abit of paint brush cleaner etc will take the tint spray off and then just do them again or pic up some standard bk light from a scrap yard and keep them for MOT time

    i would use laquer just to give it a shine and a bit of protection

    yeh mate will also shine it up, personally i would do 2 very light coats

    ok just use normal laquer ?? and can u get the tint spray on the bay?
