If you cant do it yourself than probably just as much as if you were to have it lowered, say anything between £100-£200 at a rough guess maybe.

ok, my uncle is a machanic and i know another machanic, so might be able to get it done cheap too.

Yeah alot of garages are different on prices, some even do it for like £80.

At the end of the day it depends how long a job it is, whether or not there seized etc

If there seized then alot more time would be taken up, they would try and knock the torsion bars out as the slide hammer wouldnt be able to pull them, they would be using hell of alot of lube on them to try and free them up and even use a blow torch on them to loosen them up.

If the rear hasnt been lowered too long then chances are it should be pretty easy to get them back out.

If they havent been out for a very long time then you could try and lube them up yourself by removing the torx bolts each end and the offset washers both ends of each bars and really spray them up with some maintenance spray etc to make it abit easier for who ever does it.

Some times removing the torx bolts and offset washers can be a pain and take time too so could really do someone a favour doing all that and freeing it all up
