Right while im waiting for the repairs on my black VTR. Im going looking at a blue one today and i was just wanted to ask a few things.
Its a y reg but should all the parts be same as the ones on my 02.
And the main thing...Its done 95,000 but had a new cam belt at 70,000 so will it be alright for a few more thou do you all think?

check gearbox closefully as there weak on saxos

a y plate vtr might be single plug ecu where an 02 will be 3 plug ecu, everythink else should be the same tho

Might also wanna check the clutch - i heard a good test is to put it in 4th at 30mph and accelerate up to high revs and if you feel the revs are going up but your not feeling the acceleration, you know the clutch is slipping.
