poorly saxo

hi i got a saxo and since ive had a hole in my exhuast on the joing between the cat and the middle box the car has a mind of its own it will start reving at 2rpm everynow and then. any ideas? and where i can get a cheap manifold and middle box? and can u get a 421 manifold fixed as it has a little crack init?

you can get a manifold fixed but it would be cheaper/better to just get a new or aftermarket one. and kam racing or sportex do some relitevly cheap centre sections and other exhasut components. hope this is a help.

The random revving sounds like the idle control valve. Can anyone confirm this for ChrisMack?

sounds like the idle control valve , does it ever cut out ? say when u rev 3000rpm then let the revs drop off ? check the lamba sensor is in the exhaust ok and plugged in

Mine does the same mate, never really worried about it, but it will be idle contol as said just check lambas are tight.
