Help needed urgently

   last night i was driving my saxo and up to 3000rpm it was fine, then it just stuck at 3000 and wouldnt rev any more, then it stalled a number of times and would not start again. am gonna check the plugs etc 2day but am not sure what it is. all help apreciated and repped.

   Fuel pump or something restricting fuel supply? Does the engine turn over and try to start, or turn over indefinately?

   Yeah check the plugs ect also how many miles has it done maybe needs servicing also check coil pack maybe fuel filters

   av changed the plugs an it did nothing, i inscrewed the fuel line in the engine bay and the fuel was under pressure, so it cant be a blocked fuel line, but i have a feeling that it is something to do with the fuel. an i dont think that all the fuel is being burnt as the exhaust smells like un burnt petrol. any suggestions??

   un till last connent no 1 has said ht leads these cause alot of problems n no1 cheacks um

   mate i had the same problem engine manegment light on and wouldnt rev over 3,000rpm got my mates unlocked ecu and evrything was fine give no warning or enything just stopped revving and charging but batery light went off after a day bt still didnt charge.hope yours is simpler prob tho.good luck
