Electric windows.

Will upload a pic to explain the problem.
Basically. I've had the car two years, and the person who had it before me made the windows electric, have fixed the problem so they open and close again. But was wondering what you (if any of you have) do to hide the hole in the doors.

Excuse crappy quality, took the pics on my phone.
Some how they came out 2 different colours..

    Driver side

    Passenger side..

Better to see it than explain eh? But yeah, what do you use to hide it?

Cut the spindle flush against the door card then a rubber grommet to cover the hole.

rubber grommets you can get from ebay and halfords

could even get some components in and use the hole for the tweeter

id get some new cards as said, take the spindle out and put them on

Do the new cards come without holes then? I think the manual window open handle used to be there. Going to have to try to take that metal rod and the plastic thing out to make the hole flush then arent i?

hers my black doorcards to match the black interior, i got electric windows and these came out of a manual window car, so went halfords got a 19mm blanking plug/rubber grommit, 1 pack for each side (1.50each) jobs a gd'un(came in a set of 3 grommits 19mm, 25mm and summin else?)

Cud jus hack off that spindle or find a way to remove it by removing the whole doorcard (2torx screws) and plug over it, if ur that bothered cud change doorcards completely but thats just a bit unneccesary imo, as black matches anything really and if u wer to by others with no winder holes they would have a funny pattern on them which wont match with ur seats

(sorry not that gd pic only 1 i had !)
