how to detango mk2 headlights ?

   you can buy silvertec bulbs mate
   
   which look silver but flash orange there you best bet ebay does them for like 3 quid

   If you want to get rid of the orange indicator look then get silvertech bulbs, look silver but glow orange

   silvatec bulbs should detango it, as there is only the bulb in that part of the light not plastic lenses etc so for £3 give it a go

   when i said £3 i forgot to take the postage into consideration lol
   
   halfords ones are £9.99 i think, ebay ones may somehow be lower quality but you can buy 2/3 sets for the price of one lol

    i think you may need the offest pins
    according to the owners manual the bulbs needed are PY 21w also known as 581 bulbs which are offset pins,
    
    id just take your originals out to double check

    Aye was gunna say, opposite, same as 106 etc...OBVIOUSLY
    
    If your indicator lense is yellow then just the bulbs wont. I removed my lense though and just have the bulb, work fine and don't look old and nasty..

    You need offset pins, (to replace std orange bulbs)
    
    opposite pins are for clear std bulbs

    hmmmmmm i used opposite pins for my car im very very sure of it
    
    its the bulb holder thats is the same and not the bulb, have a look beford im 100% sure there opposite pins, the same as the rear lights

    DEFINATLY offset pins!!
    
    I wrongly bought opistie pins and they do not fit.
    
    Maybe best to check just to be 100% sure before you spend your money.
    
    Or you could just smoke the lights and also spray the indicator reflector black, i did and hides the orage but still flashes really bright
