quite a lot of effort unless its already off

a up m8, ive done a couple of the car, and ive found it easier to get the torsion bars out, then set them up when the axle is back on, to get the torsion bars out i put the beam against a wall and hit the bars out. aslo easier to get the oxy-cetaline (sorry about spelling) on the beam to make the bars move.

its cool bud, lol look at my spellin
ok i will have to get the beam on then before, was thinking could just put it in the back of my pug and take it to edge performance but they touch it with off the car.

ive recently got rid of my mrk1 and took the beam of it and thought i would refrub it.

i washed the beam too, didnt think if it got water in it doh''
