Cartcam 734s

  1. #1
Just wondering if theres some information on the net about them somewhere?

Im planning on using them with hi-comps and bodies.

The company i would be using to do the mapping has not had any experiance with catcams so i was wondering if theres some info i can print of about the 734s to give him a bit bet understanding when it comes to the mapping?

    Cheers.

Why would the cams make a difference to his mapping ability? Is he a noob?

    Far from it.

Would be nice for him to have the full specs of the cams to set the timing up to his preference and map it 100%

the cams should come with a data sheet mate, if not then get matt @ qep to send you the specs

He could easily adjust the cam timing as he does the mapping session..

    Whos mapping your car?

however there are guidelines for where the peak power is, whats the point in reinventing the wheel.

catcam shafts dont line up with the standard timing holes, not a problem as long as you time them to the recommended lift amounts.

these are the cams you should be looking at.

they have the 734 inlet profile as inlet and exhaust, and work pretty damned well
