front wishbone bush

    are they pressed in, do i need to remove the entire wishbone from the car. or can i do it in situ ?

    Yes remove from car.
    With a set of gas bottles burn out the rubber part.

    Then using a hacksaw blade cut the brass sleeve into 3 or 4 parts and then pin punch out.
