    done a search but i couldnt find anything, does anyone no wot the tracking settings would be on a 2001 VTR? would it be in the haynes manual? cuz i dont have one

    best to get a gar do them mate, they have all the laser equipment etc, will only cost you 40 quid max

    Here you go mate - (These are for VTS though, maybe same on VTR?)

    As Pred says though, not alot of use if you havnt got the equipment, front tracking will only cost you £30-40

    i am putting it to a garage, its just he doesent have the settings for it, he has got all the right equipment.

    i went to national tyres first of all and they said two hours labour and it would cost 70 pounds.

    so now its going to a small local garage i use alot and it will be alot cheaper, maybe even free as he done my last car for free.

    so if anyone has got the settings?...

    yip best bit a software a own , and there's a difference in vts to vtr becuase of teh difference in wheel size
