   my vts engine will be back up and running again this week with abit of luck
   
   im fitting new piston rings new bigend shells headgasket headbolts ect
   
   im after advice on how best to run the piston rings in properly i no a few people on hear have alot of engine building experience so any advice would be helpfull thanks

   Run it in as the owners manual suggests..
   
   Its effectively a new engine so follow the guidelines in there..

   lots of load to bed the rings in. Full throttle but only upto 3500 rpm is how i bedded mine in. Didnt rev above 3500 for 1000 miles
