retaining ride height but stiffening up?

    is there anyway i could de - floppysize the desires suspension but still retain original ride height i live in the country and need the clearance. if i have to lower it to get a firmer setup whats the minimum i could lower it by

    you can get custome springs made....kam racing do a 35mm spring

    cool 35mm should be fine, ill have to look into the custom spring thing - sounds expenisve.

    ive sin some places on ebay and http://www.europerformance.co.uk/ that do 20mm springs as for the back only think u can change is shocks as its torshon

    I'm sure I've seen some kind of inserts for the springs that don't lower it but do stiffen them up, but I'm not sure what you could do for the rear except go for some stiffer dampers!

    So if i just get the 2 front springs from there do i just need to get the torsion bar lowered at a garage?

    yes...exactly so mate. Get the garage to fit the springs aswell and torsion bar to match.

    you would have the back lowered to match by a garage. If you wanted to increase the effective spring rate on the rear then you would have to replace the torsion bars as well
