sandblasting

   Would it be OK to sandblast my rocker cover, manifold, ECU tray and battery tray? Has anyone done this and got any pics. I want to paint them after so would I still need to primer?

   i"ve just just done my battery tray,just used sander on it,primed it black smoothrite

   yes you can use a good primer and do a good four coats of primer

   Thanks So I sandblast at work, come home and primer, paint and laquer.
