Induction problems

    the little black pipe that comes from the top of the engine and into the air box, Does that have to have a filter on it or can i just leave it unplugged ??

    I assume you mean the breather pipe. You can put in a filter or run a hose to a bottle as a home made catch tank, or buy a proper catch tank, whatever suits.

    Just don't leave it dangling cos it'll just drip oil everywhere and you might think you've got an oil leak etc Oil breather filters are only about 4 quid

    so does it not have to have a filter on it and i can do the "home made catch tank " for it ?

    the breather pipe, best sticking a filter on it mate, or if best plumbing it back into the throttle body hosing.

    It will leak oil everywhere but not much tbh, filter just stops the dirt getting in
