colour code or not to

    car is about to get a full respray just to freshen up and get rid of dints

    its posi blue but should i colour code rub strips or go gloss black obv colour code will be easyer to spray

    definately no colour coding, but its your car and your the one driving it, so you choose mate (y)

    it looks good in some colours, i'm looking at doing it myself.

    how would it be done though? plastic primer and a good old rattle can?

    im giving car full respray alredy had them gloss black, then made mistake of going white with them, i dont like colour code so much but easyer than masking up for it lol,

    when i did them i used 120 grit as smoothed door badges then 240 that was to get them smoothed instead of texture then red primer then 600 grit then spray and laqeur

    I personally like the colour coded theme. But everyone to their own. So I say go for it.

    even if it is more work, i would probably go glass black, i think it would just look better.

    I wouldnt advise doing it out of the can. Plus I think you have to take them off the car as it is hard to get a good edge to stop it flaking off.

    plastic is a bastard to spray!!

    Do it. Posi blue is one of the best looking colours to colour code.
