Go for the BMC kit...I have 1 fitted to my VTR and it's much better than the raceland kit IMO

Raceland better value for money mate and its not as hard to fit as everyone makes out,
Most people that say that don't own one.lol

dont forget the hidden cost of propper hoses that youll need if you go for a bmc.

i prefer the raceland good price and really improved response and performance

if you can get a green enclosed, but a raceland is cheap for what it is

if you have the money go for a CDA but you will need extra hoses for maximum output]

    orrr

raceland with green, comes with everything you need and it is piss easy to fit

I have a BMC, when getting one just make sure you get rubber/silicon hoses because the stock ones are sh!t. As far as performance goes ive never had a filter on any car thats done anything other than maybe improve throttle response or give it some volume.

Bonus with the BMC is you can wash it but dont just rinse it in the sink, go to a jet wash and give it a manly clean otherwise most of the crap stays firmly in there.

you could consider the BMC dia kit also ... more cost effective that the CDA

Ill watch this with eager eyes now as my stanard green cotton filter is worse for wear and could do with getting replaced
  17. #17
ive heard some bad reports of the bmc dia etc

and no the raceland + green and green enclosed is not the same thing, hence the price difference...

    sigh

    Cheers

Yea those black hoses are the worst ever, the inside foil stuff chips away and goes into the engine as its behind the filter.

The hose is very easy to replace and cheap if you dont want fancy blue silicon, its just something you can't leave on as its such a crap pipe.
