Brake Nipple

Hi...my g/fs saxo has air in the brake lines. I've bled all four lines and the brakes are perfect but within 2 days theres no brakes at all and it's air cos if you pump the pedal they work.
The 2 front calipers and the nearside drum bleed fine but the offside drum nipple leaks quite badly when bleeding them. I've never come across this before and can only assume that the nipple is broken and just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
Is it possible to buy new nipples (no jokes please) from Citroen or GSF???? Or will I get laughed at if I ask for a nipple

Everything elso on the brakes is fine, airs just getting in somewhere and I assume its the nipple.
Any help would be appreciated.

yes you can get them seperatly, but id check the brake shoes in the rear as the rear wheel cylinders are common to break and start leaking resulting in what your describing, could also be a faulty master cylinder/vacuum servo.
