wiring a vts fan into a vtr

   got my vts twin fan today and tried fitting it....
   
   although the vts fan doesnt seem to have a thermostat.....
   
   and the switch seen different....
   
   ive plugged it into the fusebox, and it fitted fine.
   
   half tempted to leave it with the switch unplugged.
   
   any info/guides would help people

   I have my fan wired with a flick switch inside the car, so i control when it comes on and goes off etc.
   if you cant figure out the wiring do it this way. easier tbh
