What order should I do things in?

Hello, i've got myself a saxo as a first car and I want it to look good. I've already got some bucket seats, new parcel shelf, some neon's, but what really makes a saxo look its best, without breaking the bank and something I can do myself? Cheers

To make it look good, I personally would have started on the outside.

    Alloys
Spoiler if havn't got one already
    Rear and front lights
    Lowering
    Window tints
    De-wipering
    Aerial
    CHevrons and badges painted
    etc

    Then the interier afterwards

Cheers for your reply, got an example of what the final product could look right if I do it right? And also, what budget would you set on an S reg saxo? I like its getting to the age where its gonna start having problems.

Wouldn't set a budget mate, it's your car you make it look how you want it to no matter how much it costs, mine's only a W reg 1.0 but i've spent nearly £500 in the first 2 months of owning it lol

Check out the your cars bit for some ideas and the your photos section

first of buddy i know it soundboring but get a full service and the car looked over a really nice car aint worth much if it dont work lol

    next would go like this

    lowering

new wheels (if needed) or maybe respray what you already have yourself abit of hard work but the results make you smile

then it depends what you want to go for for example you can go stripped and caged or euro or old skool bodykit (not recomended lol) or just nice little touches what ever you want is up to you but a saxo looks best with a good stance and a good looking pair of shoes

best of luck hope it helps

Only spent £520 on the car, a service would be £120 ish? Doesn't seem worth it, i'll just wait till its time for the good old MOT and then splash out.

euro it diesels are great for that cus not only does it look great you get good mpg and because of the way its styled (euro) it doesnt need to be driven fast and nobody expects it and you can still polish the engine up if you feel you want to go that far with it
