   What bhp gains will i be looking at on a VTS?

   cost around 1k in total iirc
   
   most will give around 150bhp maybe touch more depending which ones
   
   ive heard good things about newman ph3's

   Newmans PH3s about £250 - And dont forget fitting ontop
   Remap around £500
   
   If you drop me a PM i can give you contact details for where to get the newmans and get them fitted. Ricky - P's the best to go to and hes not too far from you. Would also carry out any headwork you wanted doing to complement the cams.
