will this exhaust system be ok?

   i got a mk2 vtr with the early silvertop 90bhp engine
   
   im looking at purchasing a janspeed 4-2-1 manifold, piper de-cat pipe and a janspeed exhaust system
   
   will this system be ok or am i better off getting the janspeed de-cat for it instead of the piper de-cat?
   
   also do they sound nice and would it free up the revs and give any better acceleration?

   Both de-cats will be pretty much the same, and will work well with the set-up you have in mind. Yes it will sound nice and louder and will make the car more responsive. As for acceleration you might feel a difference, you might not.
