exactly the same design as the raceland.
just with a better filter as standard, hence why kam put a green filter in.

Very prone to cracking though if not fitted correctly.

Any enclosed filter like the green enclosed raceland etc should all be fixed to the engine rather than the slam panel.
If you look at all oe air filters they will have a flexy hose somewhere along the line to allow the housing to move with the engine when it is revved.

the quality was quite poor on the ones we got from Green so we stopped selling them! Especially at the price just isn't worth the expense

Asked the question before but didnt get much of a response! How good are the racelands as they sit behind the slam panel on the MK2? Better with a BMC?
Looking into either Raceland and green ASAP! New Car tommorow!

im pretty sure green are carbonfibre and raceland are plastic with carbon effect :o
