pug sport exhaust

   hi im looking for a exhaust for my mk2 vts, want to fit a exhaust similar to the 106 pug sport group N exhaust.
   will i be able to fit a pug sport exhaust?? or will it hang down to low for a vts (due to there been no cut out in the rear bumper of a 106). if not are there any alternatives for a saxo or which is exhaust system is best for a standard engine.

   pugsport will not mount to a saxo the same as its mounted more central.

   Best exhaust imo for the 1.6 16v !
   
   However when i had mine it didn't sit flush with the recess on the saxo bumper.
   Made a great noise, and good gains as well.
   
   A few people have fitted them then had the bumper recess filled.

   I'm looking at buying my self another Saxo vts after selling my 106 Rallye last week. I had a pugsport on that and I bloody loved it, and I was thinking of buying one and having it fitted to the Saxo. But I can't be doing with the dodgy fit...now for the 106 the pugsport is the best exhaust, what do people recommend for the Saxo vts that gives the same exhaust note and pops and bangs?! Is there a saxsport?! (didn't want to start a new thread, so reviving a dead one! )

   a saxsport is the closest to a pugsport, they are the same same sound same look

   Do they come in a selection if tip sizes like the pugsport, or are they all big ones?! Who makes them?! Scorpion again?! Finally, performance wise... Are they as good?!

   there is a 2" exit called race or a 3" ovle exit called road, go on ebay type in saxsport £240 posted and yes Scorpion make them, yes they are very good i am selling my kam racing system and buying a saxsport very raspy,

    Ok saxsport it is then! and it will have to be the race tip! Now to find a good vts! thanks guys. Oh one more question, if I run a 4-2-1 manifold with the saxsport will it pop and spit as well at the pugsport? Just want to know what im expecting from it, because my Rallye pugsport really did pop and spit flames, best part of my car!

    yes it would pop and bang with a 4-2-1 but you would have to get the exhaust red hot to spit flames hope all this helps
