furio exhaust

   hi everyone
   its been a few years since i owned my old vts and im a bit out of touch with them so i was hoping for a bit of advise please
   iv just bought a 2001 furio and would like to start of by changing the standard exhaust for one of the vtr/vts standard oval exhausts
   iv had a quick look and it seems the cat must be in the downpipe on mine because i couldnt see one under the car
   could someone please tell me what parts of the exhaust i have to replace to get the oval tailpipe to fit correctly (just backbox/downpipe back or manifold back)
   and will any exhaust from any age vtr/vts fit a 2001 furio or are the bores/bends different?

   i thought the furio came with the oval exhaust, mines got an oval end

   thats wierd mine has the one that just curves down and looks crap
   i guess it may have been replaced at some stage with a standard 1.1 exhaust or something similar
   that could make things tricky then i guess
   anyone have any ideas?

   i think theres two types one the comes down like yours and them the one with the chrome tailpipe, the chrome one just costs a few more £££, the person before probley just got the normal one

   so do you know what parts i have to replace to fit the chrome tail pipe
   and can i fit that tailpipe design from any furio/vtr/vts or are they different sizes

   Just get a VTR/S, furio, westy backbox and fit that. Easy peasy. Undo the clamp, take old one off, put new one on and clamp it. 10 min job if that.

   next obvious question then...does anyone have a backbox for sale with the chrome tailpipe?
