solid bolt :@

    hello,trying to take my back box off and both of the bolts on the exhaust clamp are not budging ive tried wd-40 and leaving it over night and still they wont budge and now 1 of them has started to lose its shape,if any 1s got any tips it would be very helpful, thanks chris

    Tbh mate you will prob have to take it to a garage or exhaust place as it prob done up with air tools, or get a good torque wrench maybe and a bit more leverage.

    if its just a clamp, cut it off. I use an electric impact hammer to get these off if the screws are mildly rusty as they rust to f**k and seize. Just fitted a new clamp to my girlfriends car as the clamp had completely disintegrated with rust.

    i havent got a impact hammer what else do you think would cut the clamp off ? and thanks for the help every 1

    a good hacksaw may do it and a lot of elbow grease
